Christine Spiese is a dedicated professional with rich backgrounds in education, journalism, and business, underpinned by her commitment to trauma-informed care and yoga. Holding an MBA with distinction, Christine excels in leadership, project management, and data-driven decision-making, significantly contributing to educational excellence and community service. As an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), Christine blends her passion for yoga with her role as a JAG Specialist and Career Coach at H.L. Bourgeois High School, where she helps students thrive through mindfulness practices. Additionally certified in trauma-informed care and Kids Yoga, she is devoted to fostering personal growth and vitality in her students.
Among Christine's honors include being named the 2025 Terrebonne Parish School District High School Teacher of the Year, 2024 H.L. Bourgeois High School Teacher of the Year, Outstanding JAG Specialist, JAG High Performer, and JAG National Peak Performer. Her workshops on public speaking, media literacy, and mindfulness showcase her dynamic educational approach, using storytelling and effective communication to engage diverse audiences.
Christine Spiese warmly invites JAG National Training Seminar attendees to explore her transformative workshop on integrating mindfulness into the classroom to enhance student resilience and well-being.
