Bus transportation will be provided to/from the hotel to the museum. Buses will pick-up from the hotel from the
Event Center Drive, which is located on the 1st Floor of the hotel near the White River Ballroom, and will drop off right at the front of the IMS Museum.
Buses will depart from the hotel on a rolling basis starting from 6:45-7:30 pm; it is a 15 minute drive to the museum. Bus pick-up from the museum will start at 8:55 pm and go all the way until 10:00pm.
Directions to Event Center Drive, 1st Floor- If you are coming from the 2nd Floor, walk past the Starbucks and make a right down the hallway following the signs to the White River Ballroom. Take the escalator down to the first floor and follow the signs to Event Center Drive.
- If you are coming from the 3rd Floor, walk past JW Grand Ballroom 7 and take the elevator in front of 313 and down to the 1st floor and make your way to the Event Center Drive.
