I'm a Heutagogy geek and wannabe accordion player.

My career started by working with and engaging disenfranchised youth in Milwaukee. That passion pulled me into working with hundreds of
innovative schools across the country over the years since— focused on more self-directed, agile approaches that prioritize belonging, purpose, and mastery.

I live in the City of Milwaukee with my wife and three daughters.
