This presentation highlights findings from a survey commissioned by Clayco, which gathered insights from over 1,000 construction workers and revealed alarming rates of anxiety, depression, and substance misuse. We will discuss the stigma surrounding mental health, barriers to accessing help, and the perceived strength of silence.
