Conference Registration
Thursday April 24, 2025 7:00am - 4:00pm EDT
To streamline the registration process, CSA/State Leads or Specialists/Chaperones are required to pick up registration packets for all members of their group. The CSA or Specialist/Chaperone can designate a staff member to pick up the group’s registration packets on their behalf. It is then the responsibility of the CSA or Specialist/Chaperone to hand out all registration packet materials to their group members. We recommend pre-scheduling a time for the whole group to meet in order to pass out materials. Youth participants cannot pick up their own registration packets.
*Packets will be prepared based on how registration was submitted. If a Specialist submitted registration on behalf of your school, you will have a packet prepared with the names you registered.
NDCD attendees will receive the following as part of their registration packet:
  • Conference name badge and lanyard
    • Concession meal label - Only if you pre-purchased a concession meal package. Meal plans will be available for purchase onsite directly from the hotel.
Individuals (including youth participants), will be able to pick-up their JAG NCDC T-shirt on their own at the registration desk. Please note, that the JAG NCDC T-shirt will not be included in ther registration packet and must be picked up separately.
